What we do...

As my business grew I recognised the importance of having some clearly defined HR policies and procedures in place for my growing team, and to identifying my mission, vision and values. I needed to align everything and make sure that my business was a reflection of my own personal values, beliefs and work ethic. Yvette spent time in my business to gain an understanding of what we do, why we do it and where we aim to get to.
