Training and Facilitation

Tailored development for your managers, leaders and employees

Effective and engaging leaders are the key that unlocks employee potential. At Beanstalk HR we believe in arming leaders with the best people management techniques and knowledge. Whether that’s understanding how to run a recruitment process, or a disciplinary, or learning how to manage absence (and why you should!); Beanstalk has you covered. With a focus on moving from ‘accidental management’ to purposeful leadership, it’s no ordinary management HR training. It is:

  • Tailored to your organisation and your goals
  • Built on the foundations of emotionally intelligent leadership
  • Strengthened by reflective practice
  • Experienced together as leadership team transformation
  • Sprinkled with Clarity4D colour magic

We empower all employees and build collective leadership capabilities through sessions for employees such as: identifying behaviours that align with your values; or learning about Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.

'Accidental Manager to Purposeful Leader' training in a fast paced multi-site organisation.

All our training is ‘human centred’. By that we mean that understanding the human is foundational – and we focus on key concepts of: behavioural psychology and neuroscience; our core needs and how they affect our attitudes, values and behaviours; the impact of workplace trauma, and the associated ripple effect; emotional intelligence – understanding ourselves and others, and learning how to adapt. We use tools like Clarity4D to help unlock potential.

Anti-harassment organisational programmes

Harassment in the workplace has serious consequences for employee wellbeing, productivity and organisational culture. We began delivering Bystander Intervention Training in 2024 to help employers meet their legal duties under the Equality Act 2010, to protect staff from sexual harassment. As those duties expand to cover all forms of harassment, our training has evolved too, to address a range of workplace harms and bullying behaviours – but still grounded in proven bystander intervention techniques that prevent harassment, discrimination and victimisation.

Our approach goes far beyond “how to behave at work”. We explore the societal beliefs, biases and injustices that normalise harmful behaviour, helping people recognise and challenge them.

Tackling workplace harm requires more than standalone training. It needs a holistic approach: analysis, consultation, education, clear policies and, above all, committed leadership that fosters inclusivity and accountability. We work with your leaders and teams to meet your specific needs, offering training, risk assessments, coaching, workforce consultation and full anti‑harassment strategy development.
